BRENDA S. BENCE
Brenda S. Bence is an internationally-recognized branding expert, popular trainer, Certified Executive Coach, professional speaker, and author of the award-winning How YOUâ„¢ Are Like Shampoo series of personal branding books and products.
With an MBA from Harvard Business School, Brenda spent the first 20 years of her career building mega brands for Fortune 100 companies Procter & Gamble and Bristol-Myers Squibb, where she was a senior executive responsible for billion-dollar businesses across four continents and 50 countries.

In 2002, Brenda left the corporate world and founded Brand Development Associates (BDA) International, Ltd. Now doing business across 20 countries with offices in both the U.S. and Asia, BDA International provides training, coaching, and speaking services to clients located in Asia, Europe, and the U.S. BDA’s client list includes such powerhouse companies as AIA, 3M, Citibank, Danone International, KFC, Kraft, Mattel, Microsoft, National Starch, Sheraton Hotels, Standard Chartered Bank, Pizza Hut, and United Airlines, just to name a few.

An avid writer, Brenda is the author of the award-winning How YOU™ Are Like Shampoo series of personal branding books. Brenda is a also a columnist who writes on executive coaching and corporate & personal branding . She has written articles for, or been featured in, more than 100 media outlets around the world, including NBC, Reader’s Digest, Financial Times, Investor’s Business Daily, Entrepreneur Magazine, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, SmartMoney, and TheStreet.com. Director
DANIEL JACKMAN
As a Director of Brand Development Associates International, Ltd., Daniel Jackman manages administration and business development for the company. Prior to joining BDA, Daniel held key financial positions for high growth companies with operations in several countries. During this time, he contributed to the significant growth of these organizations, including an MBO of a group of companies.
Daniel holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (now the Chicago Booth School of Business) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Doane College. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and is Certified in Financial Management (CFM) with the Institute of Management Accountants.
A graduate of the Thai Institute of Directors, Daniel sits on, and advises, Boards of private companies. He has also been a member of the Board of Trustees of Doane College since 2007 for which he currently Chairs the Business and Audit Committee.
Having worked in the U.S., Europe, and across Asia, Daniel speaks a number of languages and enjoys swimming and mahjong.
